Scottish Highland Cattle
My mission is to raise family-farm grown meats via Scottish Highland Cattle in a healthy and natural environment. All our meat is cut and wrapped at a small  family-owned local butcher shop.

Here are some facts about Highland Cattle beef:  It tastes better than ordinary butcher/supermarket beef. Independent testing lab results have shown that highland beef is lower in cholesterol than chicken and also contains less fat, due to the thick insulating double layer coats. Tests done by the Scottish Agricultural College have proven that Highland Beef is significantly lower in fat and cholesterol, and higher in protein and iron than other beef.
  • They are totally free from the use of hormone implants, anabolic steroids, antibiotics, animal by products or chemicals.

  • Beef from the highlanders is succulent and full of flavor, either Steak or stew you will never find it's match for the true taste of Highland Beef.

We are dedicated to raising our animals properly. To us this means a clean, spacious, low-stress environment; a wholesome diet of primarily locally-grown feedstuffs; and feeding no hormones or antibiotics.  Highlanders are reared in traditional fashion stress free to wander and roam the land as nature intended. They stay out over winter and the only interruption to their regime is for regular health checks.  The cattle have plenty of room to roam getting sunshine, fresh air and exercise. The cattle eat a medley of different forages.  


Scottish Highland Cattle for Sale: We keep a small  herd of purebred Scottish Highland cattle and have high quality calves available each year. Our herd includes black, silver dunn, red and white cattle allowing for a potential color variety in offspring.  Please inquire with Dennis if interested in a purchase.
